Terrible Zipper. Buyer Beware!

"Pretty disappointed across the board here. I bought x2 of these for my sons. Within a month of use, the primary zipper came off track and was completely useless. Multiple attempts to reach customer service dragged the issue on for weeks. Adrenaline's single saving grace was that when I finally managed to reach someone, they the responded admirably, and immediately shipped a new bag to replace the un-usable one. Unfortunately, we are now 5 months into the replacement bag, and its primary zipper has broken in the exact same way. Not even sure what to do here, as I also currently have another order with Adrenaline for some youth gloves that still have not shipped, one month after being ordered, and being told that they would ship immediately. It would suffice to say I have concerns on the construction quality of the gloves, considering the zipper debacle. I sincerely hope Project Missouri Lacrosse makes a close re-evaluation of their equipment supplier for the upcoming year."

Great Bag, but zipper has broken after 4 months.

"The bag itself is good, is fits a lot and is great for travel. However, the zipper has broken after 4 months of normal use. My son is not hard on his things. I have contacted the company to see if I can get a replacement and hoping they stand behind their products. If not, they have lost a customer."

Shiddy company

"The bag is a good design, but the zipper came off the track after a week. I've called them 4 times this week, the week after receiving the bag, about the defect. I get a 3rd party call center that takes my information and then tells me they are escalating my call immediately and to expect a call back very soon. So far, nothing, and honestly am not expecting a call back at this point. If they were an honest company and stood behind their products like they advertise on their website, I would have gotten a response by now. Who knows if the business is even based in the US."
